ARE YOU KEEP IN SHAPE?


To find out if you are out of shape,

1. Use a calculator to calculate Body Mass Index @ BMI.

BMI = weight (kg) /height(m) x height(m)

metric conversion: weight in pound/2.2 = weight in kg

weight in inch x 2.54= height in cm

If your BMI is over 23 (overweight), ask your healthcare professional for a safe and effective

way to lose weight and keep in shape.

BMI > 40 : very obese

27.5-40: obese

23-27.5: overweight

18.5-23:healthy

<18.5:underweight


2. Waist/hip ratio: Men should not more than 1. Women;not more than 0.85

Therefore, please make sure your waist/hip ratio is within healthy level.
